We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive hiring across Business (Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, etc) functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in business / corporate hiring and the ability to partner with stakeholders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, networking, referrals, and market mapping .
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes, ensure timely feedback, and maintain smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers, manage compensation discussions, and ensure high offer-to-join ratios .
- Track and report recruitment metrics (HR dashboards,TAT, source mix).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment projects to improve hiring efficiency.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred).3-5 years of recruitment experience with focus on business / corporate roles .Proven ability to hire for Business roles (experience with tech hiring is a plus).Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search .Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and accountability.What We Offer
