As we expand our presence, we are looking for a Sales Manager - Builder Channel who will play a pivotal role in driving business through strategic relationships with builders and developers.
Role Overview :
The Sales Manager - Builder Channel will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with builders, developers, and their sales / CRM teams to generate high-quality home loan leads. The role requires strong networking skills, in-depth knowledge of financial products, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between customers, builders, and banking partners to ensure smooth processing of home loan cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners to generate a steady pipeline of home loan customers.
- Collaborate with the developer's sales and CRM teams to identify potential clients and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs to facilitate home loan approvals and disbursements.
- Assess customer profiles and determine suitable loan options across various financial institutions.
- Stay updated on banking and NBFC loan schemes, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to provide accurate information to clients and builder partners.
- Liaise between the developer, banker, and client to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits and relationship meetings with key stakeholders in the builder ecosystem.
- Provide timely reports, pipeline updates, and performance insights to management.
- Represent the company professionally in all client and partner interactions.
Key Requirements :
Education : Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales / Builder Channel Sales.Proven track record in handling builder relationships and coordinating with multiple banking partners.Sound understanding of home loan products, credit policies, and documentation processes.Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region.(ref : iimjobs.com)
