EstateMint - Sales Manager

Work Location : West Pune.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Assist the customers with organisation, project & product details; provide insights, USPs & specifications of the designated project.
• Helping customers to shortlist inventory available in the project.
• Assist the customer during site visits, analysis, and recommendations about the project to the customer.
• Assist the customers in finalising & negotiating apartments.
• Consult customers about different financing optionsdevise custom solutions that are best for the customer's portfolio.
• Building relations with channel partners & assisting their customers.
• Ensure complete customer servicing : documentation, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.
• Lead and manage the sales team, training, and performance monitoring; help the team close the deals with the customers.
• Setting up the overall team and individual targets, aligning them with the company's objectives.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the senior management.
• Manage the sales budget efficiently, ensuring that resources are used effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Continuously train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Participate in negotiations for high-value or complex deals, providing guidance to the sales

team as needed.
