We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive project sales of ceramic tiles in the Bengaluru region.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building-materials sales, particularly managing large-scale projects and engaging with builders, architects, contractors, and institutional Responsibilities.
- Drive project sales of ceramic tiles across the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and government institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate ecosystem.
- Generate leads, prepare and submit proposals, and drive successful project closures.
- Track competitor activities, monitor market trends, and provide actionable feedback for strategy formulation.
- Work closely with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and expand market share.
- Manage project pricing, negotiations, and contracts in line with Company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain an accurate project Profile.
- Education : Graduate (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Engineering).
- An MBA in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
- Experience : 5 to 7 years in project sales of building materials (tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, laminates, paints, etc.
- Strong network and established connections with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and institutions in Mumbai, Pune.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
