Key Responsibilities :

• Candidate Screening : Review resumes and assist in conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Job Posting : Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Engagement : Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing their inquiries.
• Database Management : Update and maintain candidate profiles and records in the recruitment database.
• Learning & Development : Gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and industry best practices.
• Market Insights : Stay informed about recruitment trends and tools to enhance the hiring process.
