Key Responsibilities :

• Screening & Assessment : Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure smooth interview processes.
• Candidate Management : Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Job Posting & Advertising : Create and post engaging job descriptions across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Database Management : Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases with accurate information.
• Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align talent acquisition strategies.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and innovative sourcing methods to optimize recruitment practices.
• Reporting : Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
