Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and managing correspondence.

Recruitment Assistance : Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Employee Onboarding : Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.

Data Management : Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee information.

Policy Implementation : Help in enforcing company policies and ensuring employees adhere to organizational guidelines.

Benefits Administration : Assist in managing employee benefits, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with service providers.

Event Coordination : Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events.

Compliance : Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Payroll Support : Provide support for payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee information.

Reporting : Generate and prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or pursuing the same).

Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
