Key Responsibilities :

• Candidate Screening : Help review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications for different roles.
• Interview Coordination : Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
• Job Posting : Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring clarity and alignment with the company's hiring needs.
• Candidate Engagement : Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, updating them on their application status.
• Offer Management : Support in preparing job offers and helping with negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Collaboration : Work closely with senior HR team members and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Candidate Database Management : Help maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records.
