Create and manage job advertisements on various recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Interview Coordination :

Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.

Database Management :

Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.

Market Research :

Conduct research to stay informed about recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.

Candidate Engagement :

Provide updates and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

Administrative Support :

Assist in preparing recruitment reports, managing correspondence, and supporting recruitment-related tasks.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
