Position Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to join our HR team. This role is designed for MBA and BBA students eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing : Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.

Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide support throughout the interview process.

Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases and records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Job Postings : Create and manage job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from candidates and interviewers to refine the recruitment process.

Market Research : Conduct research on industry hiring trends and strategies to improve recruitment efforts.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with senior recruiters and HR managers to meet hiring objectives.

Qualifications :

Currently pursuing an MBA or BBA with a specialization in HR or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to the talent acquisition process.

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
