Key Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support : Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, organizing HR files, and preparing documents.
• Employee Onboarding : Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
• HR Documentation : Help prepare and update HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, forms, and policies.
• Employee Queries : Provide assistance to employees with basic HR queries, referring complex queries to senior team members.
• Scheduling : Help schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions as requested by senior HR personnel.
• Database Management : Maintain and update employee records in the HR database or HR management system.
• Talent Sourcing : Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant platforms and social media.
• Training & Development Support : Help organize training sessions and assist with tracking employee training needs and progress.
• HR Reports : Assist with generating reports related to recruitment, training, attendance, and other HR functions as required.
• Compliance : Help ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices align with company policies and labor laws.
