Position Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Kurnool team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals passionate about recruitment and eager to develop their skills while supporting end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing : Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and local networks.

Resume Screening : Evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates who meet job requirements.

Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Database Management : Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment systems and spreadsheets.

Candidate Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.

Client Support : Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand local client requirements and deliver on hiring goals.

Onboarding Assistance : Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and pre-joining formalities.

Local Market Research : Conduct research to understand talent availability and industry trends in the Kurnool region.

Process Improvement : Suggest enhancements to recruitment workflows and contribute to team efficiency.

Learning and Development : Participate in training sessions to build knowledge in recruitment best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes (experience is a plus but not mandatory).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
