Key Responsibilities :

Interview Coordination : Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Postings : Create, update, and manage job advertisements to attract the best talent.

Database Management : Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and organized records.

Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to stay updated with the recruitment landscape.

Recruitment Metrics : Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and applicant conversion rates.

Offer Management : Support the preparation and communication of job offers to selected candidates.

Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
