As an HR Recruiter Fresher, you will receive mentorship and hands-on training to help you develop the skills required to identify, attract, and hire top talent to support the company's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing : Learn to utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening : Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings, with guidance on assessing candidates' qualifications and organizational fit.
• Interview Coordination : Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the process runs smoothly.
• Job Posting : Learn to create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and aligned with the company's hiring needs.
• Candidate Engagement : Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing inquiries under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Offer Management : Assist in preparing job offers and supporting the negotiation of salary packages, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Collaboration : Work alongside senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment between candidates and team needs.
• Candidate Database Management : Help maintain and update candidate profiles and records in the recruitment database.
• Market Research : Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, industry best practices, and market conditions with the guidance of the recruitment team.
• Compliance : Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies, with support and mentorship from senior HR professionals.
