Manager - Sales Responsibilities :

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and evolving market conditions to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new business opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Set realistic yet challenging sales targets and monitor team performance against these goals, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights for improvement.
• Prepare, present, and communicate detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives and improve overall customer experience.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
• Maintain clear, transparent, and effective communication with all internal and external & Skills :
• Masters or Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
• Proven experience in sales strategy development, execution, and market research.
• Strong ability to identify potential clients and manage client relationships effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience selling modular kitchens
