Position : Sales Manager – Upvc / Aluminium Doors & Windows

Location : Noida

Experience : Minimum 5 + Years (only from Window Sales Field)

Education : Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities :

§ Identify and build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, institutions, and corporate offices to generate business opportunities.

§ Drive B2B & B2C sales of uPVC / Aluminium windows by targeting high-value projects and bulk orders.

§ Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop winning sales strategies.

§ Educate clients on the benefits of uPVC windows, including soundproofing, energy efficiency, and durability.

§ Meet assigned sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance, market challenges, and business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

§ Candidates from metro cities preferably from Delhi / NCR with deep product & market knowledge.

§ Good Experience in selling uPVC / Aluminium Doors & Windows, facades.

§ Ability to independently drive sales & grow business in assigned regions.

§ Excellent verbal & written communication with persuasive selling skills.

§ Street Smart & Dynamic Personality

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
