Order Intake & Opportunity Identification :
- Identify service sales opportunities from Siemens' installed base and competitor systems. Drive modernization initiatives by offering tailored Siemens solutions and portfolio offerings.
Service Agreements Management :
Convert warranties into long-term service agreements and ensure timely renewals of existing agreements.Upselling & Add-on Services :
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for extensions, upgrades, and add-on service projects.Installed Base Penetration :
Develop strategies to increase service penetration within Siemens' own installed base.Market Development :
Drive regional sales strategies in North India to promote Siemens' IBMS (Intelligent Building Management Systems) offerings.What We're Looking For :
Proven experience in service sales, preferably in the building technologies, automation, or infrastructure domain.Strong understanding of modernization, retrofitting, and lifecycle service strategies.Ability to manage customer relationships and provide consultative solutions.Familiarity with Siemens products and solutions is a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.Willingness to travel within North India as needed.Skills Required
