Role Purpose :
We are looking for proactive engineering managers with 10+ years of engineering experience and proven leadership skills. Engineering managers are expected to work on many projects at the same time, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers.
The responsibilities we entrust you
- Own delivery of product and project commitments for the team.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide inputs in design, modelling, and architectural decisions.
- Own and drive project estimations and operations for implementing high quality solution delivery and technology upgrades in the product.
- Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.
- Drive efficiency and productivity to produce high quality output.
- Create designs that improve the flexibility, functionality, and usability of the system components
- Define the NFRs and build a system that meets the NFR requirements.
- Perform design and code reviews.
- Oversees project logistics and resource allocation.
- Use tools, techniques to enhance quality of code and design with focus on constant reduction of code debt.
- Suggest the best design and implementation methodology.
- Collaborates with other team leaders and departments.
- Build and develop the required competence in the team.
- Mentor the team members and prepare them for possible future roles.

Experience & Portfolio :
Bachelor's / master’s degree in engineering
Around 7 to 15 yrs of total exp working on delivery / Development / Team management etcMinimum 4 to 5 exp in working with EVM, Android related technology.Minimum 4 to 5 exp in working frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, Android POS development experienceMinimum 1 to 3 exp in working in mobile technologies like AndroidGood understanding in commonly used Databases like SQL, NoSQLTechnical skills & efficiency :

Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processesOrganizational, planning, and documentation skillsProficiency to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholdersAbility to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneouslyPast use of Agile / Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plusAbility to create a set of qualifications for a new productProficient in stakeholder management and conflict resolutionsExperience in fintech space is an advantageCommunication & Ownership :
