Key Responsibilities :
- Onboard Forex Agents onto our platform through calls and meetings.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team / Associate.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new products and competition 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, fintech, or study abroad sector preferred.
- Demonstrable network in the outbound student remittance market, student consultant, exchange companies etc.
- Consistently performed in sales environments either in an AD2 or sales profiles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Power Point would be an asset.
- Positive attitude, flexible nature, ability to work flexible hours.
- Analytical strength and willingness to work in a tech environment.
Nice to Have :
Knowledge of forex, outward remittance, and markets is desirable
