Job Overview :

Digital Technology (DT) Supply Chain team is looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Business Analyst responsible for supporting DT Supply Chain applications. This role will work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, enterprise architects and DT infrastructure within various levels of Collins Aerospace and Raytheon Technologies to support changes to the Collins enterprise digital portfolio.

Shift Timing : 5.30pm - 1.30 am

Primary Responsibilities :

Administration and support of Supply Chain applications, such as Aerospace supplier portals, Ariba, SAP, etc.

• Provide analysis and estimates for upcoming tasks. Define, design, test, and implement new or upgraded applications in support of business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Global Trade requirements in accordance with Raytheon Technologies policies.
• Needs to be able to communicate well with nontechnical business users at any level or location and drive business problems to successful resolution.
• Interact with the end users on application issues and coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other DT technical teams for their assistance when needed to drive issues to closure.
• Support migrations of existing legacy applications / systems to new applications / systems with assistance from SMEs and other DT technical teams.
• Basic Qualifications : This position requires a bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 8-10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Scrum.org Certifications and / or relevant Agile experience with a team that is both on and offshore.
