Job Summary :
We are seeking a Business Analyst SAP SRM to act as the bridge between business needs and IT solutions.
The role involves understanding procurement and sourcing processes, translating requirements into functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring the quality of deliverables through testing and support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand business processes and procurement needs; translate them into effective SAP SRM solutions.
- Draft and validate functional specifications in collaboration with functional consultants and business key users.
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for evolutive deliverables.
- Assist L2 support teams in root cause analysis (RCA) for complex issues.
- Provide testing support for business and IT teams to ensure robust solutions.
- Coordinate with development and functional teams for change requests, requirement gathering, analysis, and solution proposals.
- Support L2 / L3 ticket resolution and ensure adherence to & Functional Skills :
Must Have :
3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).Strong understanding of Procurement and Sourcing processes.Experience in Self-Service Procurement, Plan-Driven Procurement, Shopping Carts, RFx & Auctions, and SRM Organizational Structure.Proficiency in functional testing, UAT support, and change request handling.Experience resolving L2 / L3 tickets and familiarity with SLA-based support environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have :
Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP Ariba, or other procurement platforms.Basic understanding of integration points between SAP SRM and other ERP modules.Exposure to procurement analytics and workflow optimization(ref : hirist.tech)
