Job Summary :

We are seeking a Scrum Master to guide and coach agile teams in the effective application of Scrum practices and principles. You will facilitate team ceremonies, remove impediments, ensure continuous improvement, and support the delivery of high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Act as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, supporting team self-organization.
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs.
Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and generate Agile metrics (e.g., burndown, cumulative flow).
Promote Agile values and principles across the organization.
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Ensure teams are working in alignment with Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban as applicable.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Rally.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / II) certification preferred.
