Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Lead requirements gathering through discovery workshops, interviews, and whiteboarding.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and designers to validate solutions.
• Define business rules, workflows, and system integration needs for new features.
• Configure and test loyalty program rules, rewards, redemptions, and campaigns.
• Ensure loyalty platforms work seamlessly with CRM, POS, mobile apps, and reporting systems.
• Debug issues, identify root causes, and drive effective resolutions.
• Prepare user guides, manuals, playbooks, and process flows for business and client teams.
• Create structured user stories with acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Act as the liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
