Windchill Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to Windchill PLM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, product management, and vendors to identify and prioritize system improvements and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to elicit requirements and provide clarity on business processes.
• Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Windchill solutions and integrations.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessment of system changes.
• Assist in developing training materials and user documentation related to Windchill functionality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Windchill system issues, coordinating with technical teams for timely resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest Windchill releases, features, and best practices to recommend system improvements.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
