Job description

Role : Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 5+ years

What Youll Do :

  • Lead requirements gathering through discovery workshops, interviews, and whiteboarding
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and designers to validate solutions
  • Define business rules, workflows, and system integration needs for new features
  • Configure and test loyalty program rules, rewards, redemptions, and campaigns
  • Ensure loyalty platforms work seamlessly with CRM, POS, mobile apps, and reporting systems
  • Debug issues, identify root causes, and drive effective resolutions
  • Prepare user guides, manuals, playbooks, and process flows for business and client teams
  • Create structured user stories with acceptance criteria for agile teams
  • Act as the liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams

What Were Looking For :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical details into business-friendly language
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON / XML, and ability to use SQL for data validation
  • Comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, and other agile collaboration tools
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with developers, testers, product owners, and client teams
