Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing business processes, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of IT systems, data, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and use cases to support requirement documentation.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Support ETL and data-related projects by defining data mapping, transformation rules, and validation requirements (if ETL-specific).
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support system testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with BI / Analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.).

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist).

Domain knowledge in Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or related industries.
