Lead the design, development, and implementation of Windchill PLM integration solutions across enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle), CAD (Creo, AutoCAD), CRM, and other relevant applications.
Architect and define integration strategies, frameworks, and standards to ensure scalable and maintainable system connectivity.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Drive the end-to-end integration lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Oversee API management, middleware configurations, and data transformation processes.
Ensure data integrity, security, and synchronization across integrated systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices for Windchill integrations and customizations.
Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve integration efficiency.
Manage integration project timelines, risks, and deliverables while communicating status to leadership.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
6+ years of experience in Windchill PLM integration and architecture roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Windchill APIs, web services (SOAP / REST), and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus).
Expertise in integrating Windchill with ERP (SAP, Oracle), CAD, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
Proficient in Java programming and Windchill Deep understanding of PLM business processes and product lifecycle management principles.
Experience in designing scalable and secure integration solutions.
Knowledge of data mapping, ETL processes, and database systems (SQL, Oracle).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple integration projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence is preferred.
Preferred Skills :
Windchill Architect or Integration certifications.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid integrations.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines for integration deployments.
Exposure to Industry 4.0, IoT, or digital twin technologies relevant to PLM.
Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or similar industries
