When such a team comes together, no vision seems unachievable, and everyone pushes to deliver outstanding results.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager- Chemicals, located in Mumbai (negotiable). The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the chemical industry. They will collaborate with diverse teams to develop and execute strategic plans, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the chemical market and supply chain dynamics.QualificationsStrong understanding of the chemical industry, including market trends and supply chain dynamics5-10 years experience in business development, sales, and client relationship managementExcellent negotiation and contract management skillsStrategic planning and project management abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plusExperience in working with multinational companies and global chemical brands is a plusExperience in Fragrance, Flavors, Personal Care, Home Care, and Cosmetic chemicals is a plusExperience in the North America market is a plus
