Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong agency background and proven expertise in building and managing relationships with international clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities, effectively pitch digital solutions, and drive revenue growth by aligning client needs with Prontosys' service offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in target international markets.
- Prospect and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads across key industries such as eCommerce, SaaS, Real Estate, and Healthcare.
- Lead discovery calls, presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations with prospective clients.
- Analyze industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and tailor outreach accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and service teams to develop customized pitches and proposals.
- Monitor competition, market shifts, and customer behavior to refine outreach strategies and market positioning.
- Track and report lead generation metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company revenue goals.
Requirements :
At least 2 years in a digital marketing or advertising agency.Proven success in acquiring and managing international clients.Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Strong network within one or more preferred industries (eCommerce, Tech, Real Estate, Healthcare) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.Experience closing deals in B2B and mid-market sectors.Familiarity with marketing automation tools, proposal software, and lead generation platforms.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives.(ref : iimjobs.com)
