Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Collection Executive- Telecalling position. The responsibilities include contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments, providing payment options, addressing queries, and maintaining accurate records of communication. The role requires effective communication, a problem-solving approach, and a commitment to achieving collection targets while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with customers
• Proficiency in telecalling processes, customer handling, and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to analyze payment histories and propose suitable collection strategies
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and negotiation capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, collections, or accounts management is advantageous
• Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
