Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecalling Executive - Telesales. The Telecalling Executive will handle daily outbound and inbound calls to and from prospective clients, providing information about NoBrokerHood's services, addressing customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues. The role includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting targets. Executives will also collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Should have 6 Months to 1 year of experience in Telesales / Cold Calling.
• Sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
• Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
• Customer service experience, fostering client relationships
• Strong organizational skills to manage call logs and customer records
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience in Telecalling or Telesales is a plus
• Basic proficiency in computer applications like MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent education level
