Job Title : Collection / Recovery Team Leader - Telecalling

Location : Koramangala

Department : Collections & Recovery

About the Role

We are seeking a sincere, dedicated, and hardworking Collection Team Leader to oversee and drive performance across our collections portfolios. This role demands precision, accountability, and a strong command of Excel-based reporting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead with integrity, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of collection executives to achieve monthly recovery targets.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance using Excel reports and dashboards.
  • Allocate accounts strategically and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Train and mentor team members on collection strategies and compliance.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve disputes and escalate critical cases.
  • Prepare and present weekly MIS reports to senior management.
  • Uphold ethical collection practices and ensure adherence to regulatory norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be a Graduate from any recognized stream.
  • Must be fluent in South Indian languages such as Kannada, Tamil, & Telugu
  • Proven experience in collections, recovery , especially in NPA & Written Off .
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
  • High level of sincerity, dedication, and work ethic.
