BPO / TELECOLLECTIONS

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a BPO / Telecollections Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collections calls and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting collection targets. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections purposes.
• Communicate with customers to explain payment options and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in achieving monthly collection targets and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial information.
