Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Bengaluru. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about loan options and mortgage solutions, answering client inquiries, and guiding clients through the borrowing process. The role involves maintaining client relationships, coordinating with financial institutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
• Basic knowledge of financial products and loan processes
• Ability to handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
• Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
