Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-collection Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Tele-collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the tele-collection team, monitoring daily collection activities, developing strategies to improve collection rates, training team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves analyzing collection data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing tele-collection teams and developing collection strategies
• Strong analytical skills to analyze collection data and generate reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulations in the financial industry
• Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
