Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecalling Executive - B2C. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of NoBrokerHood, addressing customer queries, and persuading them to use our services. The Executive will also follow up with customers, maintain call records, and ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling / outbound calls.
• Make outbound / inbound calls to existing client societies to maintain strong relationships.
• Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory ( knowing regional language is a plus )
• Assists new customers in installing and using the NoBrokerHood app to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide posts sales support and resolve client escalations in a timely manner.
• Drive upselling activities whenever new subscription plans and offers.
• Educate clients about new plans / offers rolled out by NoBrokerHood.
• Promote and increase app downloads within the society.
• Educate and guide residents on app features and benefits.
• Prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address queries or concerns.
