Description

We are seeking a motivated Tele Collections Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to customers to collect payments, resolving payment-related queries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers for payment collection
• Maintain accurate records of calls and payments
• Resolve customer queries and issues related to payments
• Follow up on payment commitments and negotiate payment plans
• Provide excellent customer service while collecting payments
