- Having Involvement / Experience in any large transportation movements
- Good knowledge of Transportation equipments like Cranes, Trailers, Trucks and Over Dimensional / other Cargo.
- Having good knowledge of local market and competitors
- Having knowledge of Transportation documentation
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability of services through operational excellence
- Build and develop the broker and supplier ecosystem in the region
- Strengthen the data, processes and personnel for long term growth of the company in the region
- Meet sales, profitability and other allied targets for the region
- Follow up on payments
Requirements
For Manager Min 06+ years experience in similar field. Purely Transportation field like supply of Trucks / Trailer / Heavy Cranes.Track record of generating sales for B2B FTL cargo transport services.Extensive network of customers, brokers and fleet owners built over time in the area you will be responsible forAbility to lead a team of sales and operations personnelLanguage capabilities : English, Hindi, and languages local to the regionAbility and willingness to travel extensively within their region and to Corporate Office in Vizag if not based thereTeam building experience - sales and operational staff will be under this roleTechnical skills enabling them to handle MS Office, ERP, emails, customer databases etc. for identifying prospects to approachAnalytical skills to help with forecasting sales, identifying trends etc.Apply only those are having experience in Transport field.Selected Candidates in any region must be work Minimum 03 Months in Our Corporate Office Visakhapatnam.Benefits
