Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a business development manager located in Chennai . The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and developing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include market research, networking, negotiating deals, and creating business development plans. The role also involves collaborating with teams to align business strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

→ Identify and finalize high-potential locations for new preschools and daycare centers.

→ Manage vendor and contractor relationships to deliver centers as per brand standards.

→ Execute structured launch plans that build strong admissions momentum.

→ Track centre performance and implement strategies for growth.

→ Mentor and support Centre Heads to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

Business development, market research, and strategic planning skills

Experience in negotiating deals and managing partnerships

Leadership and team collaboration skills

Excellent communication and networking abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A proven track record in a similar role in the education sector is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
