Job description

Position : Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategy : Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
  • Lead Generation & Sales : Actively seek out and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other proven methods.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Use insights to refine business strategies and identify competitive advantages.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities to senior management.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and Education : MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience : 4-6 years of experience in a business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the relevant industry (e.g., technology, finance, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
