Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Use insights to refine business strategies and identify competitive advantages.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities to senior management.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and Education : MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience : 4-6 years of experience in a business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the relevant industry (e.g., technology, finance, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
