We are hiring a Back Office Executive for the Business Excellence team in the Quality Support department. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing quality documentation, assisting with audits, and identifying anomalies in data. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and evaluate quality data and reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in conducting audits and preparing detailed audit reports.
- Identify discrepancies, unusual, or fraudulent activities in data.
- Create and maintain clear, concise reports on findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications :
Education : 10th- 80%, 12th- 60%, Grad- 605 and 10th- 60%, 12th- 80%, Grad- 60% are applicable.Experience : Freshers are welcome. Alternatively, 6+ months of experience in a voice process (international / domestic) is acceptable.Skills : Basic Excel knowledge, computer proficiency, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.Behavioral : Ability to multitask, maintain objectivity, and meet deadlines.Pre-Interview Evaluation :
