Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our EdTech sales team. The role involves identifying potential clients, driving student enrollments, building partnerships with institutions, and promoting our learning programs and products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable courses and programs based on their career goals.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients and institutions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Involves - interacting with prospective customers / clients over phone and face to face meeting.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, counseling, or business development (preferably in EdTech or service industry).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Ability to work under targets and pressure.Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.Positive attitude and passion for the education sector.Note : Technical domain candidates will not be considered.
