Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious and energetic Business Development Executives to fuel SRV Media's growth engine. You will be the face of the company, building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new business opportunities in digital marketing, branding, and media services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor for their digital growth needs.
- Develop and deliver impactful sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (performance marketing, creative, tech) to design customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and consultative selling ability.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, etc.) is a strong plus.Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in digital marketing, media, or agency environments.Show more
