We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Generation & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales for the service industry, be fluent in English, and have hands-on experience with the latest lead generation and sales engagement tools. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, supporting proposal development, and ensuring consistent follow-up to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
- Research, identify, and qualify high-potential leads in targeted industries and regions.
- Use tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and Skrapp.io to extract and verify contact details.
- Build and maintain a qualified database of prospects.
Sales Development :
Initiate contact through personalised emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach channels.Schedule meetings.Pipeline Management :
Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and opportunities.Regular follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement throughout the sales process.Market Intelligence :
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.Contribute to strategic planning based on lead quality and conversion performance.Qualifications
