We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and scale a predictable, high-quality hiring engine while shaping a strong employer brand in the market. This role will be instrumental in driving recruitment strategy, building talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Recruitment Strategy
- Define, implement, and optimize hiring processes to balance speed with quality.
- Partner with leadership to translate workforce plans into actionable recruitment pipelines.
- Manage and coordinate with external recruiters and agencies for niche, tech, and senior leadership roles.
Execution & Pipeline Building
Lead sourcing across technology, product, business, and leadership roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.Build proactive talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.Ensure structured, unbiased interview processes with calibrated scorecards.Team Management
Mentor and guide junior recruiters and HR staff.Scale the TA team by adding recruiters, coordinators, and HRBPs as business needs grow.Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Drive campaigns, events, and referral programs to position the company as an employer of choice.Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from first interaction to onboarding.Metrics & Reporting
Track and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.Present recruitment dashboards and insights to leadership on a weekly basis.Requirements
6–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team management role.Proven track record of scaling tech and leadership hiring (50+ hires annually).Strong sourcing expertise and network within the Indian talent market.Experience in managing recruitment agencies, negotiating terms, and delivering results under tight deadlines.Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, Darwinbox, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Cutshort).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
