Position Description : We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing AdTech organization. In this role, you will focus on hiring top talent across non-technical functions such as sales, marketing, client success, analytics, operations, and business strategy. You will partner with business leaders to design recruitment strategies that attract high-performing professionals who can thrive in the fast-paced, data-driven advertising technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across sales, marketing, client services, and operations to define role requirements and design effective recruitment plans.
• Source talent using diverse methods including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, professional communities, and industry networking events.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidates end-to-end through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activities in the AdTech space.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for frequently hired roles (sales executives, account managers, media planners, campaign analysts, etc.).
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to strengthen employer branding and position the company as an employer of choice in the AdTech industry.
