Job Description :

• Client Handling : Responsible for handling clients and understanding their recruitment needs in the Automobile and Engineering sectors
• Full Life-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process, from requirement analysis and client needs assessment to screening candidates and interview coordination
• Profile Screening & Shortlisting : Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements, ensuring that candidates are a good fit for the roles
• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage end-to-end recruitment, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri for sourcing candidates
