ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
REQUIREMENTS :
4-6 years of proven work experience as an HR Executive.Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.Experience with full-cycle recruiting.Must have completed graduation and post-graduation (MBA) from a recognized university.Good organizational, presentation, and time management skills.Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Must have excellent communication skills.BENEFITS :
