Inbound Calls
- Answer customer queries about Self Serivce kiosks, LED displays, digital signage, and solutions.
- Share company / product details confidently and professionally.
- Capture lead details (name, company, requirements) into the CRM system.
- Pass qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up.
Outbound Calls
Call target companies (from database provided by Sales / Marketing team).Introduce Digitos solutions and understand their requirements.Qualify leads by asking discovery questions (budget, timeline, decision-maker).Fix meetings / demos for Sales Managers with CXOs, Procurement Heads, and Ops teams.Coordination & Reporting
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM / MIS with status.Follow up on proposals and pending decisions over phone / email.Share feedback from prospects with Sales & Marketing teams for strategy improvement.Show more
