Telecaller Lead Generation and Prospecting

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing the company s products / services.
• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the client s needs and assess if they are a good fit for our services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through consistent outreach efforts.
• Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve objections professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
